The SPACE Agency...

a
speakers' bureau owned and operated by former NASA astronauts, provides speakers and appearances by former astronauts, aviators and others for events worldwide including keynote speeches, corporate meetings, conventions and academic commencements. Our team is made up of former Shuttle and Apollo astronauts, moonwalkers, flight directors, record-breaking aviators and International Space Station residents. Topics range from motivation, inspiration and leadership to safety, business strategy, adventure and teamwork.

The SPACE Agency
also provides television and radio space commentators for the major networks, product licensing, technical consulting and advertising endorsements for our former astronauts and aviators. Their images have been used to evoke strong symbols of courage, inspiration and perseverance in ad campaigns worldwide.

STS-118
is preparing for an August 7th launch from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.   Space Shuttle Endeavour's STS-118 mission is the 22nd shuttle flight to the International Space Station. It will continue space station construction by delivering a third starboard truss segment. 


SPEAKER SPOTLIGHT

Astronaut speaker Bernard HarrisDr. Bernard Harris was the first African-American to walk in space, Bernard Harris was selected for NASA astronaut training in January of 1990. Harris flew as a Mission Specialist on STS-55 and as Payload Commander on STS-63. It was during this flight that Harris performed his history-making spacewalk.
Astronaut Speaker Tom JonesTom Jones logged over 1,272 hours in space, including three space walks totaling over 19 hours. Today, former astronaut Tom Jones is a well received author, popular speaker, space commentator for Fox TV News and a successful consultant. He is passionate about sharing his space flight experiences.
Apollo astronaut speaker Alan BeanJoe F. Edwards was selected as a NASA astronaut in 1994, in the 15th group of astronauts. He piloted the last American crewmember to the Russian Mir space station and holds world records for the flying the greatest mass in earth orbit and for the record number of humans in space simultaneously.

Sid Gutierrez the first Hispanic to both pilot and command the Space Shuttle on STS-40 and STS-59. As pilot on STS-40 the Spacelab Life Sciences (SLS-1) mission, he helped perform experiments. And on STS-59, Sid commanded a crew of five.
